If you are buying or selling in South Carolina, do not look anywhere else! Jason and Christina at Jeff Cook Real Estate are as good as it gets, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have bought and sold several properties in the US and they are by far the best team I have worked with. This transaction has been particularly difficult and complicated, Jason and Christina have gone to bat for me on so many issues, coordinated repairs, dealt with tenants, HOA management, HOA board members, leasing management, the list goes on. As well as their incredible work ethic, market knowledge and negotiation skills, what I found especially great was that they found the perfect balance between keeping me informed and not burdening me with worry unnecessarily. This sale would absolutely not have happened without them. In addition, this was a particularly emotive process for me, Christina was so supportive, above and beyond the call of duty. Even when the deal could have fallen through at the last hour neither of them pressured me into accept the new terms even though it could have meant starting the process over and them not receiving compensation for their time and efforts (this has not always been the case with other realtors). I very much valued the freedom to make the decision that best suited me and my situation without outside influence. Its for this reason and many others that I feel above all they are good, honest, high integrity people and that really goes a long way in this world.

We owned a second home and had a bad experience as a landlord, we didn’t want to be on that path. We started renovating it for sale. It was all a long process and several months in, Jason Millard contacted us. Things happen for a reason, we described our vision and unrealistic timetable and he was the perfect not pushy encouragement needed in this project. Jason was always available when we had questions, offered advice when asked and more importantly, offered concern when our daughter was in the hospital and we had to stop working on the house. When we listed, we had multiple offers at near asking price within 48 hours and closed on the original timeline He’s a fine real estate agent and a good man, I recommend him and will call on him again if I ever need to buy of sell another home.

Jason was a great agent to work with. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful throughout the whole process. He was also good at getting us the best deal possible. He also helped direct us to a good mortgage company that was able to help us get a better rate. We were fairly new to the Charleston area, and he was very good in showing us the area. I would highly suggest working with him. We have absolutely no complaints.

Jason helped us buy our first home in Ladson, SC. When I flew into town he immediately met me and provided me with a packed 2-day schedule of homes he was going to show me in a couple different areas. My wife and I were preparing to travel across the country with two young children, a dog, and very little free time to waste. Jason bent over backwards to accommodate us, help us, and deliver when it mattered most.
